Pickup / Takeout
Now offering special ordering for Pick-Up/Takeout Service.
How does it work:
The menu for pickup ordering is limited to our most popular BBQ items. Such as our Texas Brisket, Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken Pieces. The side items will be the Smoked BBQ Baked Beans, Smoked Mac-N-Cheese and Carolina or Creamy Slaw. Please ask us if we are able to add anything that is not listed. We may or may not be able to accommodate you.
All BBQ meats and sides will be offered for sale by the pound.
A minimum order of $125.00 will be requested.
Call or email Bubba at least 5 days prior to your attended pickup date. Place your preferred order. An invoice will follow for payment once a service agreement has been confirmed. Then just stop by our kitchen at the scheduled time for pickup.
All order will be cooked the day of or the day before, packaged chilled and ready for re-heating at your convenience. Re-heating instructions will be included.
We do mostly onsite catering, so pickup on days will vary depending on our bookings. For example, if you wanted to pickup and order on a Saturday and we are not available due to a catering event, you may have the option to pickup your special order on Friday, the day before.
You may also request to pickup orders heated and ready to serve with orders feeding 25 or more people with a limit of 200. It will be best that you are not more than 30 to 40 minutes away from our location. This will only be available if we are not at an onsite event at the time of your preferred pickup date.
