Fantastic food, excellent customer service, wonderful experience! Bubba catered my daughter’s wedding in July 2017. From the initial phone call to the day of the party, Bubba was nothing but professional, polite, kind, and interested in giving us the best experience possible. Beyond the customer service end of things, the food was perfect. The groom’s family was from Texas, and they were very impressed with the barbeque. There’s an endorsement for you! You can’t go wrong in having Bubba cater your event. He and his crew were everything we hoped for, and more. I hope to find an event in the future so we can use him again!

This is good barbecue done right. Bubba catered our wedding this weekend and there isn’t a single thing I’d change. The pork was out of this world, and our guests keep saying how spectacular the potatoes were. (You’d think something so simple would be boring, but no!) Even the watermelon in the fruit salad was some of the best I’ve ever had. Professional and easy to get a hold of, I will recommend Bubba to friends for the rest of my life. We recently had Bubba cater our son’s wedding celebration at our home. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with Bubba and his crew. The food was fabulous, especially the cupcake chicken and the marinated mushrooms. It was all good but more people commented on these two items, oh yes, and the baked beans with meat and the smashed potatoes. It was all delicious!! Bubba and his staff were professional, personable, and prompt in their setup and cleanup. Thank you Bubba for making our day so special. Hoping to have another celebration in the future so I can have you back again!
My wife and I were lucky enough to have Bubba’s Country Cue cater our wedding at Kitsap Memorial State Park on August 23rd, 2014. Our guests raved about Bubba’s team and food. The last minute addition of guests and beverage serving didn’t phase him at all. The attention to detail with coordinating the catering table decoration colors was above and beyond. If you need a BBQ caterer, Bubba’s your guy. Highly recommended!
If you are thinking about hiring Bubba’s Country Cue to cater your next event don’t think about it just do it! I was looking for a good ole’ fashion BBQ caterer for my farm wedding when I found Bubba and I could not have been happier with anyone else. All the food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend the Pulled Pork and Smoked Mac and Cheese (both of these were even better the next day!). My husband loved the Brisket and even my mother who thought that she didn’t like Brisket said she loved it. If I ever have another event that needs to be catered I know who I’m calling and thats Bubba’s Country Cue!!!!
The Corn Beef Hash you made for my family with the roasted potatoes and cabbage, was mouth watering delicious. I think my 14 year old son ate most of the cabbage and we all demolished the corn beef in under 30min. It was juicy and flavored to perfection. Thanks Bubba’s Country Cue. Do you deliver to CA? LoL
Bubba catered our casual outdoor wedding; his food is so good, many of our guests said it was the best barbecue they’ve ever had! Thank you Bubba for being such a kind and wonderful person to work with, and being flexible with my requests to using biodegradable & compostable items as well.

Bubba was truly great to work with for our wedding! He was super polite and helpful with all of our questions and ideas we had. The food was absolutely amazing! All of our guests loved it and went back for seconds! Not to mention the smell was working up our appetites all day long! Bubba’s whole setup was great from the giant smoker to the drink dispensers. We are definitely looking forward to any of his events in the future and have no regrets about his service!
Bubba just catered our wedding last weekend on Bainbridge Island and there was no way it could have been better. He engaged guests, served THE BEST BBQ, provided extra help when needed, and even threw in a few freebies because he’s such a nice guy. Ray was the perfect Southern gentleman! We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful party. Thank you for helping make my parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary perfect. Everyone loved the main course as well as the desserts: cupcake chicken, spare ribs, sweet potato salad, Georgia Peach baked beans, traditional baked beans, both types of coleslaw, pecan pie and of course the fantastic banana pudding. I recommend Bubbas highly. They helped make my 50th birthday party a great event. When people arrive and see the smoker going and the cooking and serving tents set up they know it’s going to be a good time. Every aspect of the service was excellent from the initial conversation all the way to the clean up. The food was incredible and the friendly and professional service made my birthday party a complete success.

I just wanted to thank you for pulling off a GREAT barbeque for our Seabeck garden wedding. Everyone LOVED the taste of the chicken and the ribs. We had enough ribs to eat the next day for a big family meal too which was a nice bonus. You were so professional and conscientious and considerate of all, and I was pleased to meet with you ahead of time, go over things, and make sure we were in agreement on all aspects of your services. You stuck to your timeline, it smelled delicious ALL day long, and it was a real treat for guests to arrive and see that their meal was already cooking! Your display was neat and clean and just lovely. You left no trace and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Our big day was a huge success,, in large part because of you and your professional services.
Bubba and his team run a first class operation. Absolutely professional. Some of the finest BBQ I have ever had. Easily the best in the NW. As a southerner myself who has tasted some fine BBQ in my time, I can handily say Bubba knows what he is doing and knows how to please the palette with the right combination of quality meats and sides, with generous portions and unique offerings. Our wedding party was a blast, and leaving all the catering duties to Bubba made the planning very simple. He comes completely self-sufficient with his own power/water, sets up with his own tables and tents, and has thought of every item needed down to the moist towlettes. We would highly recommend Bubba to anyone and will certainly hire him ourselves for future gatherings.
We were so glad to find Bubba’s Country Cue for our rehearsal dinner in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. The food was delicious and everyone who attended raved about it. Bubba set up on site all on his own and had everything ready at the time requested. He was willing to work with our unique set of circumstances in terms of the place and requests and the long-distance coordination because we lived out-of-state. Pleasant in every way, we would highly recommend Bubba’s Country Cue!
Our wedding reception was held at the Silverdale Hotel for around 280 people. My main goal when deciding on what we would serve was that it wasn’t your every day “wedding food” for an elegant wedding. It definitely worked! I also added bibs that said marriage is messy. The wedding attended put the bibs on and dug in. The food was delicious! Everyone loved it! BBQ isn’t your typical wedding food, and that is what everyone enjoyed and what I wanted. The ribs were amazing and something I would tell everyone to get. Our wedding was a semi formal wedding with an elegant southern twist and it was perfect!! It was a great day and definitely in part to Bubba and crew. Thank you guys!
Bubba catered my daughter Tessa’s Wedding on Dyes Inlet just a few days ago. I cannot express enough of how professional he was and of his promptness and concern that he made my daughters wedding the success it was! The food was Fabulous and plenty for a very hungry group of people. And leftovers as well! The Guests enjoyed talking to him as he prepared the evening Buffet. His Crew was efficient and Bubba is a true Gentleman and I feel as if I have known him forever:) Thank you Bubba and I will recommend you to anyone and look forward to having you host another event for us!
